This is a two CD set. One CD is an audio recording of four “sets” of twelve affirmations.  In each “set”, the Affirmations are alternately spoken in male and female voices. A short period of time follows each Affirmation, long enough to allow you to repeat that Affirmation out loud – or silently in your mind. Ideal for use in a car.

The Second CD is a subliminal recording of the same affirmations repeated 6,000 times per hour.
